我在6月20日网上订单，订单成功后我就卸载了App和删掉了信用卡的信息，但是在6月23日被划掉了$23.86，6月27日被划掉了$26.36，这两次都是Costco的订单。现在我申诉，这两个订单都不是我下的订单，并且我也没有收到Costco任何东西，请查核这个事情，退还在我的信用卡划掉的钱，谢谢！

我在这个网站买了十几次东西了，快递是我见过最快的快递了，客服售后服务都很好，在购买过程中，有错误发生，退款正常，蛮快的！

比店里卖的要贵出很多，而且有次给我少买了一样东西，练习客服也没人回应。一共170刀的单子我花了300刀通过这个软件。
