HORRIBLE!! I downloaded the app because the contracting platform I use said they are able to sync QuickBooks. I paid the monthly fee but was unable to sync my account. it's ok, no biggie. I was told that if I created a QuickBooks checking account that I would have instant and same day access to funds paid through an invoice I sent. so, I decided to use the service for a deposit invoice for a customer. 2 days later, still don't have access to the funds. yet the customer service rep said I should

Worst experience ever with QuickBooks Payments. They accepted my customer's payment and held my money for over 6 months. Customer service was completely useless—every call gave me a different answer, and no one resolved the issue. They showed no concern for the damage this caused to my business. If you depend on your cash flow, stay away from QuickBooks Payments. I would never recommend them to any small business owner.

If you plan on using the app to take payments, you have to do the math, to figure out how much this company takes. If not, you'll get screwed. it would be great if they just automatically added the 3.5% on keyed in transactions, and the 2.75% on in person transactions. And if they haven't thought of that until after reading this then it sure would be nice to get 3.5% of the annual transactions they take from other small businesses. And the app is not easy to create detailed invoices.
