HORRIBLE!! I downloaded the app because the contracting platform I use said they are able to sync QuickBooks. I paid the monthly fee but was unable to sync my account. it's ok, no biggie. I was told that if I created a QuickBooks checking account that I would have instant and same day access to funds paid through an invoice I sent. so, I decided to use the service for a deposit invoice for a customer. 2 days later, still don't have access to the funds. yet the customer service rep said I should

Worst experience ever with QuickBooks Payments. They accepted my customer's payment and held my money for over 6 months. Customer service was completely useless—every call gave me a different answer, and no one resolved the issue. They showed no concern for the damage this caused to my business. If you depend on your cash flow, stay away from QuickBooks Payments. I would never recommend them to any small business owner.

This is a very handy app but a bit Overpriced for what it does to create invoices and mark them paid or not. I am on one of the cheaper tiers and it's still 25 dollars a month. The best part of this app from a business owner point of view is linking your business bank acct and going through the transactions and expenses. great customer service. proud of that is they replied to my original review.
