Kestrel
I like the graphics/functionality of the actual workouts on this app. However, they are relentless in trying to get us to upgrade to the paid version. I can make myself deal with being asked once every time I open the app, but to then make me wait several seconds (in which they count down a request for upgrading) before I can actually play a workout is just rude. We either want to upgrade... or we just don't.

I tried another app prior to this one, but PFEI is head and shoulders above the others. Incredibly well designed, clean and simple interface, a ton of different options to set up your own plan though even the plans that are built in are excellent, especially when you're first getting started. I really think especially older men (like myself!) need to try this out. It will give you confidence that you can hold your bladder if you end up in a place where there isn't a restroom nearby.

I found this app while looking for another for kegels as well. I'm using the basic version to try before I buy, but I like this one much better with its simplified UI and just ease of use. Definitely going to be using this basic version to set good habits with this but even a subscription cost of $20 for the whole year is a steal of a deal if I've ever seen one. Definitely worth using.
