I only ever got approved for $25 at a time and it makes you subscribe to the app in order to even be able to borrow that amount. Which is $9.99. I canceled my subscription and was then charged again for it immediately after, customer service told me it was for the period that I took an advance but I know I had already paid for that. I don't appreciate being lied to or having my money messed with. This app is more of a bother than something that actually helps, it's a total scam.

App keeps crashing. Getting help is impossible. they only respond with repeated scripts..I can't access the app to cancel the subscription but they can still access my bank account and charge me a fee. perhaps it's intentionally crashing so I can't cancel. I've done all of the troubleshooting tips and none or working so it's obviously an internal error on their end. I explain this and the answer is always log into the app to cancel. why would I go through this if I could open the app??

They withdrew repayment 1 day early and it failed then charged $10 subscription fee plus penalty for not having the funds available. I double checked all the information when I signed up for this and the payment was supposed to come out on the 1st, not the 31st. I canceled the plan and then three days later they took out another subscription fee. Then another email saying I will be charged again in 2 wks. My bank called me to report suspicious activity for repeated withdrawals from my act.
