I only ever got approved for $25 at a time and it makes you subscribe to the app in order to even be able to borrow that amount. Which is $9.99. I canceled my subscription and was then charged again for it immediately after, customer service told me it was for the period that I took an advance but I know I had already paid for that. I don't appreciate being lied to or having my money messed with. This app is more of a bother than something that actually helps, it's a total scam.

Easy to get an advance however, the app tries to take the payment out as soon as the clock strikes midnight on payday and when the money isn't in there because NO ONE gets direct deposit at midnight, you get hit with fees and overdrafts. I'd like to give Grant more stars but I can't since they have cost me more money than they've helped with.

horrible app and customer service. they never get my deposits correct and they are a total rip off. I get paid every two weeks but the system shows any money that is deposited in to your bank as your paycheck. I reach out to support who doesn't get back to you until 24 or 48 hours to tell you that they can't change the system but they can give you an extention for 7 days. i argue with them every time and they never fixed it. this last time the app gave me 4 days to pay back.
