I have been shopping online from center point for three to four years. but they have never disappointed me but three days ago I received my purchase one of my item was missing. I have sent them many e. mails. that I have not received my full pair of shoes but they have not given me any reply since. they should give me a refund or return my item to me but they have no No further reply Very disappointed.

Ordered from them, it's been 5 days still order hasn't been received. Customer care is of no use neither they can connect you with delivery team nor they can tell exactly when the order is coming. On the application there is no option to edit address or phone number once the order is placed. There is no option to cancel the order as well. Looks like they are not bothered at all about the customers.

I bought two items from Center Point and they sent them to me with a security tag!!!! And when I spoke to customer service they said bring them to the shop!!!! so we can open them!!! If I chose the online purchase option and you sent it to me, how can I come to the shop to spend time on your mistake and fix the problem you have because you are not a specialist??? The really scary part is that the customer service manager said you can use the product with the security tag? How is this possible?
