This new finance app is NOT user friendly. Each month I have to login with my email & when I put the passcode in, it has an error message & reverts back to the main screen. The times I did actually get in, the payment option always messes up & I always have to check to see if a double payment was made. Luckily it didn't . Very disappointed.

The app has evovled over the years, so kudos for looking to continuously improve the app. I like how it shows the pertinent information by car/account and one can switch back and forth easily. I've only rated 4 Stars, because it wont allow me to generate a PayOff quote. Which is inconvenient to say the least.

Horrible experience. Downloaded the app from MBZ website and when I made a payment the app gave me options for the payment amount. When I clicked to continue the App took two months worth of payments without reviewing and asking if correct. I had to go to my bank and issue a stop payment. When I spoke to customer service I was told that MBZ is aware of this. Really...then why has this not been fixed? Could it be a cash grab to unsuspecting consumers. Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen.
