Ratings and reviews

Spent $35 and my order never showed up got a measly refund of which I can only have if I order again on menulog. Sometimes we just want our money back or a free re order also the grocery stores are the most expensive and also very little product to choose from almost everything I want they dont have or is unavailable. $16 for the one tub of ice cream I want and only one available in that flavour when I know I can get it for $3 at my local proper grocery store. You guys are rips offs.

Estimated delivery times are horrible. Before the order is placed it shows delivery between 30 to 40 minutes to my area. After the order is paid for it is changed to an estimate of 1 hour+. This is very disappointing and not good value for money at all. Cannot track the delivery on real time either. Food is markep up by almost 50% on the app. Add to delivery fee and service charges, I have now started ordering directly with restaurant and collect myself. $10 may not be a lot but it adds up.

10% of my order was delivered. I was offered an $80 voucher, which was $10 short of the items missing. I realised there was a hidden charge on my order of $7.5 when I calculated all of the items. When I pointed this out, customer support told me they had already issued a voucher and wouldn't help me further, they didn't explain the charge and when I asked about it again they ended my support. I have to spend more than $80 to even use the voucher, scammy. Honestly shocking sevice.
