I have been using this app for at least 10 years. Its categories allow me to separate Work from personal, including subcategories of my personal life. Flexible enough to handle recurring tasks (eg, car inspections) and one-time tasks. The recurring patterns available mirror what's available in Outlook. Tasks integrates with Outlook. App seamlessly integrates across Android and PC, though Android version offers more formatting choices for Notes. One weakness: reminders are limited to single time.

Also having the problem of the keyboard covering the text of lists and tasks, making it unavailable to read or edit. Very annoying. I hope they fix it soon. Editing my review to add that as of 7/5/26, the problem still exists, and Microsoft apparently doesn't care to address it. 7/15/26, received notice that an update was available to address bugs. I updated but this problem still exists.

No longer syncs efficiently after the last update. For weeks now, syncing takes at least a half hour, when prior to that, it took seconds. This occurs with the same account on all my devices - iPad Pro, Fire Tablet, Android phones, so it's not my hardware. My wifi is not an issue. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app on one device, and now can't even log back in on that device. I've been using MS To Do for years without issue.
