App doesn't work. Customer Service doesn't care. I've had a "Ticket" open for years at this point. Can't see anything through the App if not on the WiFi that the system is hardwired into, kind of defeats the purpose.... Cannot playback anything past 0100, also defeating the purpose.. Company needs to take action and actually provide a Working Product.

This app has a nicer UI. However, it's got some major bugs! I noticed that if my remote connection causes more than 1 to 2 seconds to buffer, it just gives up, and I can not even connect to a live camera on my DVR. If I go back to the old app, I still have the initial buffer lag. However, it will continue and then stream the video. So, at this point, I can really only use the app when on my home network. You need to add the ability to change the time out before it gives up on loading a stream!

I find it astonishing that a company that's been around so long can fail to get an app right againđturn on notifications you get"subscribed"turn them off, you can guess what you get!!so bizarre ,when you want to save something,that button is at the bottom of the screen, but "clear" is right by the check box!!why not have the save at the top!! It's not rocket science 𤏠multiple clicks to turn on push notifications!!why??insane design choices as usual,ptz flags don't work.. infuriating.
