This phone is garbage. It always freezing and glitching. Sometimes when I need to text the keyboard won't pop up and if it does some times it bounces like it comes up and goes away like 3 or 4 times then my phone will freeze. When I hit the buttons to give it a command it takes a couple seconds to respond. When I'm trying to scroll on a page it will also freeze.

Completely useless!!!!! I have submitted feedback several times using the app. When you submit feedback it asks for your phone number and email address, so they have a way to make contact with you. But either they don't care about the feedback or they don't even read it. Another app that I wish I could delete and replace with something useful.

Moto g power, got it new last year. Your phone is basically trash. Slower and slower every week. Crash. Freeze. You know how sometimes you walk into a room to get something, and as soon as you get there, can't remember what you were going to get? Yeah. That's this phone in a nut shell. It's like you select an icon to try and do something, and for a few seconds, it's like the phone doesn't remember what that icon was supposed to do.. And if you need to move files to SD card.. bring a book..
