the app sucks. Every time I try to log in it tell me a unexpected occurrence has happened. I can't pay my bill if I can't get in the app. if u go thru this company do not do paperless billing u won't know what's due or when. The app is very unpredictable and unreliable. It needs fixed or I'll go to another insurance company.

They are charging me $10 because I changed my email!!!!!!! $10 because it's an "endorsement" change!!!!!!!!! When you pay a huge amount for their insurance, they should do this as a courtesy for being a customer for many years. I talked to them about this, and they said they could not change it. I'm glad I'm helping them from going under 😁😁 Ridiculous!!!

Last month, I didn't have any problem getting access to my account now. Even with my correct information, I can't access it. I updated the app to the last version and am still not getting access. Also, I tried going to the website and can't get access either. When I finally could access and try to make a payment, an "YOUR PAYMENT CAN'T BE PROCESSED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FOUNDS" text appears.
