I was able to access it once to pay my bill, when I tried to log in 2 weeks later to pay the rest of my bill it keeps giving me an error. Tried to reset my password, same error. "An unexpected error occurred". Great idea in theory, but not so great in practice it seems. If you could get the glitches fixed and under control, I would definitely rate it higher.

Went to pay my bill through the app and there had been some sort of update. Updated the app, and for some reason, attempting to sign in to the app redirects me to the web page (what's the point of an app at that point?) Always been a garbage website and app, but now with me trying to get into my account after forgetting my password, I'm receiving no emails with the verification code when I attempt to get in. Makes you wonder.

app is currently broken as of the recent update.. I've set-up the 2-factor auth, and tried multiple times to login, but it's a loop of being redirected to the website. It's easy enough to make a payment on the site, but you can't bring up your proof, and it's just all around not as convenient. I hope you guys fix it soon..
