I was able to access it once to pay my bill, when I tried to log in 2 weeks later to pay the rest of my bill it keeps giving me an error. Tried to reset my password, same error. "An unexpected error occurred". Great idea in theory, but not so great in practice it seems. If you could get the glitches fixed and under control, I would definitely rate it higher.

My premium increased by more than $300, from 6 mos ago, without any accidents/claims. When I called to ask why, they're unable to give me a decent answer. Their website has been down for days, and all you can do is Quickpay. The app is quite difficult to navigate, I can't view all my Schedule of Coverages to compare the current & new Premiums. I guess time to look around for another company.

Had it it worked great! So I went green. Now, I don't know what you guys did but it SUCKS!! I can't log in or make a payment now. When I got to log in it kicks me off right before it opens, it uninstalled and reinstalled, iv updated still the same. Terrible, terrible. I'm uninstalling. At least I can pay on the web site I guess. Though I'd rather have the app.
