The latest version of the NetSpend Small Business Prepaid Mobile App requires Android version 4.4 and higher.

* Mobile Check Load is a service provided by First Century Bank, N.A. and Ingo Money, Inc., subject to the First Century Bank and Ingo Money Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy. Approval review usually takes 3 to 5 minutes but can take up to one hour. All checks are subject to approval for funding in Ingo Money’s sole discretion. Fees apply for approved Money in Minutes transactions funded to your card. Unapproved checks will not be funded to your card. Ingo Money reserves the right to recover losses resulting from illegal or fraudulent use of the Ingo Money Service. Your wireless carrier may charge a fee for message and data usage. Additional transaction fees, costs, terms and conditions may be associated with the funding and use of your card. See your Cardholder Agreement for details.

Could not get to work on iPhone even after speaking to customer service. Tried on Droid phone and it worked but could not get a single check to pass their funding. All different reasons but....totally useless app/bank. One reason was, " you need to deposit this again when check writer is available for verification." They're open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. so available at the time I deposited. How are we supposed to connect NetSpend with our check writer? They obviously did not even try to call.

Horrible. Customers service is worse. Once you I received my card then start to verify my business and can't because since it's me and nobody owns any of my business I can't get verified. I call to find out why every rep tells me fill out application online so I do but last question is about who owns a part of my business without answering that question I can't finish the app. I ask to speak to manager get put on hold they never come back twice cause while on hold I called from another phone.

Horrible and a nuisance. Keep sending me cards and had to ask please stop. Attempted to use their service after opening an account Transferred $100.00 into the account and after 3 days they could not find it. They closed the account and said they would mail my money to me. I called the sending bank and ask to have the money resended and they did. I never received a notice from a lender stating the account could not be opened. BE CAREFUL, SAYING THINGS THAT ARE NOT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES
