This could be better Why is there a charge to deposit to an account. I use bankmobil no fees,for anything and uploaded check available next day. I am sick of anal these hidden fees and since I know better, I'll be moving my SSDI and other accounts to them. I already don't have much money to work with and being taken advantage of it's not cool. After years of banking with you it's time to say goodbye.
Worst Update New Updated version of the app does everything super slow, might as well be on dial up please undo this update. Been with netspend since 2010 you can make great money with the refferals but this update is terrible.
EXCELLENT ONLINE BANK! As a disabled person living on Social Security Disability, I was frustrated with the brick & mortar banks with fees for everything. Ripoff! NetSpend does everything it can to to make banking easy and secure... And no ridiculous fees! It also has the highest interest rate around for savings accounts. It's secure. As a past Identity Theft victim, I welcome the security that NetSpend uses. I will never go back to the big banks that charge outrageous fees for everything!! Thank you, NetSpend, for 5 good years!
dont like the new app worked fine before the update , not to happy with it . ive loaded a couple checks through this app for a small fee . usually like $5 or $6 . now all of a sudden they're charging me $12 and some change to cash a 250$ check . no thanks , id rather go to the party store and get it cashed for way less . you guys are definetly losing people for these issue . probably going to cancel my account .
If I could give me I would. Since the update I now can't log in. It says my username and password is not correct.. I never changed it! And customer service has done nothing to help except to say just keep trying!
Effing Horrible After updating this app, I can not log in anymore! I tried uninstalling this & then reinstalling this app. I tried cleaning the app's Cache! I still can't login to this app. I am a long time customer but I am going to pull my money out & STOP MY DIRECT DEPOSIT! I DON'T KNOW WHY YOUR SERVICES HAVE BEEN GETTING WORSE, WHILE YOUR FEES HAVE BEEN GOING UP.
