Check load option doesn't appear in the menu anymore. I used it earlier this year and it worked fine. I received a message from Netspend that "....not all cards have the same features and promotions. Eligibility is dependent on the card that was purchased." So, not all cards will be able to use mobile check load and the feature may stop for you. It was suggested to contact Ingo to see if any additional verification is needed on their end.
Think it does what I says. There get my work payroll.deposited two.earlier than.my.actual payday. Pretty cool. Miss the part that this card charges you $1 to $2 per transaction. $1 additional for atm purchase using pin, $2 a.transaction.using.credit.card with signature. They add up quickly. Tell I figured it cost an additional $7 for my transaction. So basically an average of a $1 a transaction and if you seipe alot it will eat your money up.
Netspend is terrible! Waiting for a deposit from a client for about a week now that has been cleared in their accout. Customer service says 3-5 days, wrote on fb messenger who says 1-2 days, sent an email to corporate who says up to 6 days. Will be going back to a traditional bank tomorrow morning!
Horrible. Tried using the mobile check cashing app and ended up being told to write void in my check and send them a picture, only to be told they couldn't process it. The check can't be re-issued and now I'm out of $410 thanks to having a voided check.
Uses the criminal INGO Money service for Mobile Check deposits. INGO is the worst service out there. Google the complaints the company gets! NetSpend is good, but I will never use again while they associate with Ingo money
Over a month ago, I disputed a charge on my netspend debit card credit card and still haven't gotten a response. They do not stay in contact with you, you have to stay in contact with them, they tell you that they'll contact you back at certain days and they dont all through the better business bureau to even have anything done about the charge on my netspend bank card, they tell you that it's approved and money will be on your account, but then its other, some other reason why it's not just not a good prepaid card to have if you have it get rid of it.
