The paid widget is huge. The graphic is small, but the cell padding is enormous. I paid for the ad free version to get the widget so that I didn't have to open the app to add my drink. No big deal, less $ than a cup of coffee, but my sole purpose for getting this app was for the widget, that I can't even use without allowing it to take up a quarter of my screen.

Leaving a review now because this app has stayed nice over years. It's simple enough that it's easy to use, but you can edit the parts about the app to fit your needs. I have always liked this one for it's widgets. On my homescreen I've set the largest one, and it's a nice little reminder, love the little arrow that gives you a "you should be here" with time vs water

This used to be great. After the update in early 2019, however, reminders are broken. I have selected it to only give me reminders when I am behind schedule. With this update it gives updates on the hour, every hour, even if I am ahead of schedule. This makes it close to useless. I've emailed support about the regression and haven't heard back. I've uninstalled/reinstalled and tried other trouble shooting steps without luck. You can still use it for a diary, but "reminder" is in the name of the app. If reminders don't work as intended, what is the point?
