Ratings and reviews

Do not bother if you are looking for a reliable connection. The website says that the place I travelled to had 5G coverage. I can barely maintain 2G and it won't stay on for more than 2 minutes without having to restart. I have contacted the support, but it's just a generic troubleshooting which obviously won't help, because there is no service here. Go with another provider.

after updating the flex ,now app is not working properly randomly app stop working ,and showing some updates are necessary to make orange even better for you we will be back in a movement !P.S is it taking too long ? reinstall the app .after this message i cannot open the app.

Orange Flex Groups are a good idea with weak execution. Data sharing only shows plan limits, not actual usage, leaving members blind to who consumed what. The design feels clumsy, lacking transparency and per‑member breakdowns. Without clear tracking or alerts, trust in the feature suffers. A promising step, but poor UX makes it frustrating rather than useful.
