in general the app does what it's supposed to do. but I faced serious issue. trying to do a global transfer. I had to minimize the app to copy and paste needed information from one of my files. when I go back after a second, the app refuse to open. can't finalize the transaction. it's very frustrating. I had to find other ways to transfer money in a quite urgent situation. finally the app was useless.

update: in app advertising is glitchy. can't even send an e-transfer without pressing out of 3 pop-ups. new feature blah blah blah! get off my screen! I've already acknowledged it. STILL NO DARK MODE, forced app updates! ughhh "scheduled maintenance" is annoying! I don't care what time it is I should have the right to at least sign in and view my account w MY money! No other bank has done this AS OFTEN as Simplii. It's extremely frustrating. biometrics are the only redeeming feature..

this app works better on iPhones than androids. It's so frustrating. I have both phones, and whenever im trying to transfer money from my account to my credit card, I get an error message on my android, and I can never complete the transaction. so I have to then do it on my iPhone,and it works. whenever I call customer service ,they tell me to clear my browsing history and cache memory, restart my phone for it. but seldom does it work . very annoying!
