This used to be my go-to app, and I order almost daily. Sadly, the past few times, items were missing from my orders, and i was refused a refund even though I had to reorder the missing items after, multiple times. They requested a picture of missing items. Make that make sense. In addition, on another incident, I was asked for a picture of what we received about 14 hours after I sent my complaint. Unfortunately I will not use this app again until that policy or procedure has changed.

Not a huge fan of the cranked up menu prices and all of the fees which turn a $15 item into a $30, but I guess that's just the price for convenience. Overall, it's alright. 60% of the drivers speak AND READ English, about that same percentage can actually follow directions as well. If my order got screwed it up, it's usually the restaurant and not the driver, so there's that. I use it when I'm feeling lazy or hungover anyway.

Been great so far, coupons make the app *edit. After using the app for a while, it seems like there's trouble between the location food is delivered and which restaurant receives the order. Example: ordered from Taco Bell, knowing there's one within a few miles, but it sent the order all the way across town. Makes receiving the oder longer, and the driver is covering a lot more distance than necessary, affecting their tip/drive time/traffic.
