Never works. Will allow me to get all the way to payment and then it can't "validate the cart". So much for convenient. This is the 2nd time in the last 2 times over 4 months that it has done this. It's ridiculous! So when people are waiting for food, it's now double the time because we have to physically go and then wait on the food that should have been ready upon arrival if we could order using this "convenient" app. I checked for updates and that was not the issue. This app sucks.

The previous app worked great and the rewards program was top notch. Redeeming rewards was practically flawless. Now this... a first-grade kid designed the new app and a bunch of idiots changed everything good about the rewards program. I also have to go through the entire intro, then log in each time. I'm going to give it a little more time and delete it if it isn't fixed. â—‡ Update: after a couple of months, nothing has changed, so I am done. Deleting this app.

UPDATE: App updated and new ugly yellowish icon. I can't use because it says it wants my phone number then says it's already in use. Duh. I can't go any further. I contacted the developer noted below and received a response that same day that corrected the problem. I like the discountSwitching phones is a pain. I forgot password and tried several times. I even deleted app and reloaded again. Message that phone is in use but I had not been able to open the app. It would be nice for a text option.
