Works decent, gives option to not turn on location services, but only if you don't actually want your order. Restaurant can't see the order until location is turned on. 7/16 update, won't let you order certain items drive thru, also canceled my order instead of checking in. The total on the app was about $1.00 less than in store as well.

Not really user friendly. You have to check in on the App for your order to show up at the store. They cannot find your order by the order number. It's hard to find the check in button. And if they are out of something there is no way to cancell your order once you are checked in, or even if you leave the initial paid screen. Scanning a receipt or having them scan at the register is easy, but the other ahead is frustrating!

Given how many fastfood apps use a similar interface and features set, I find it astounding that TacoJohns was still able to cobble together such a non-functional mess for their mobile ordering. Order customization that doesn't allow you to add things to the cart, rewards and offers that can't be redeemed in the app, reward points that expire extremely quickly, and a restaurant locator that often selects places several hundred miles away. An app that has everything... all wrong.
