Love the app overall. Very impressed that my hard earned money that RBC charges monthly is put to use. One thing though and would like an answer on this. When I do a mobile deposit I take pictures of it to do such. When and why don't rbc make that available to be seen on the app or desktop. I bank with credit union and they even do that. At any time you can just click on the check and see the image of the cleared check. Wish RBC would do that to
Can you please not make people change their password after 1 wrong password attempt No time to call, so I emailed- no response.. now the app logs me out due to inactivity when I try to get stock quotes when I clear just logged in 2 secs ago onto app
This new 3.0 is miles ahead of the old app. Swipe down on the login screen wallpaper to see acct balances without logging in, is fantastic. But still missing: epost bills and the finance tracker. No online help. Too much white space; being able to customize main page elements, yeah that would be great.
It was at least marginally functional before but now it just says "technical difficulties" every time I try to log in. Totally useless. And before you reply, RBC, no. I am not going to call you and sit on hold to tell you a problem that several other people have already reported. Get it together. For a huge corporation you sure have a useless app.
New app is much to fancy, are the pretty graphics & animation necessary? No. Bill payments and transfers separate now, preferred them together so don't have to flip back and forth. Also been having trouble updating bill payments and transfers, it will say "Saved" but the screen doesn't go back to previous menu. Select to go back & it tells you unsaved information will be lost, even though it did say "Saved", reopen the bill payment or transfer and information was not saved/changed. Have to delete to change.
Had an odd problem where an e-mail money transfer wouldn't open the app on my phone. I had to do it through the web browser. May have been due to the recent upgrade to Android 7.0 and not re-installing the app. Other than that works good.
