This new 3.0 is miles ahead of the old app. Swipe down on the login screen wallpaper to see acct balances without logging in, is fantastic. But still missing: epost bills and the finance tracker. No online help. Too much white space; being able to customize main page elements, yeah that would be great.
Just looking for a place to flag that the direct investing component of the app is currently useless because it times out for inactivity immediately. Regular banking works fine. An in-app submission page for issues like this would be helpful so it doesn't have to be posted as a crappy review, other than this issue the app works great.
The UI needs more work to become simpler and more user-friendly. Unnecessary bells and whistles can be removed to open up some room for more useful stuff. Tips about the app cannot be dismissed. It's better to sort accounts in a 4x1 grid instead of 2x2 on the first page. The top image occupies too much space.
Besides the fact the app updated last night and is now gone from my home screen, I love the app. I use it daily. I can check on all my products in one window. I wish it would allow you to click on transactions for more details. Like a transfer, if you click on it, it would tell you who it was sent to etc. I'm able to pay my bills fast and effortlessly, transfer within my own accounts and even check on my credit limits. Love the app. With this said, there are a few more things I would love the app to be able to do. Keep up the great work.
Progress on the in-app etransfers, as I am now presented with the option of using the browser or app, but nothing happens when selecting the app. Furthermore, haven't been able to use "account preview" since the last two updates, nor the "Nomi find & save" since the last update as a result of "technical issues".
Hasn't worked in over a week, why have an app if it's always having "technical issues"? Brutal.
