Deposit cheque is very buggy As a small business I thought it would eliminate some travel time away from the office to deposit cheques via this app, but it takes longer to take the photo than driving to and waiting at the bank! 1 in 10 shots is good and I have used a black base, under good light and a support for the phone so it wouldn't move. Nothing seems to work. I've even tried clearing the data and reinstalling. Please fix this issue.
I'm enjoying the refinements in the UI. The app is easy to navigate and looks good too, making mobile banking nice and straightforward. A few additions I would like: 1) Fingerprint sign in. Would make sign in a lot easier and significantly increase how often I use the app - I don't want to type in my long password on the go as it's both inconvenient and a security risk. 2) option to switch to manual photo taking for mobile cheque deposit from the start. The auto photo taking is too fiddly and takes too long
Rbc mobile crapp Galaxy 6 edge. Uninstalled rebooted and reinstalled. In direct investing, I was able to check two stock holdings in a row before it crashed. So I guess that's an improvement since May when I was only able to check one in a row. Good job rbc. Any chance you will make this a usable app in the near future?
Needs more options The app works excellent for me for everyday banking such as deposits and transfers and paying bills. The only thing I would recommend is the options to work with my tfsa. I can't access it aside from seeing what the account balance is. I'd like the options that are available on online banking to be accessible here. Until that happens 3 stars it is. Otherwise great app.
I was really enjoying the app, but now the deposit cheque option isn't working, and hasn't been for days (maybe since an update occurred? not sure). That's really the primary reason I have the app, so I don't have to go into the bank. It still takes the pictures and lets me enter the amount and select the account to deposit into, but then says there are technical issues when I try to finish the process.
Still a little buggy Looks great and all, however, whenever I sign in to view some of my Account information(checking, credit, savings etc) it continued to tell me to try again. Not really sure why considering I've opened and closed the app multiple times. It would be nice to know the exact number in a certain account rather than showing me the incorrect information or none at all.
