Easy access to pay my bill but the app never seems to be up to date.. the pdf of my bill is correct but the app itself shows new dates in March (It's June) ..

Too glitchy. When it works, it's helpful. but 90% of the time, it just spins, shows "loading" for too long, and then says it's not available. Considering this is a utility company profiting off the hard work and blood of every citizen, this is unacceptable. Getting information should be seamless. This app should have a five-star rating. Instead, they raise our prices, raise their salaries, and give us garbage. It's incredibly disrespectful.

Definitely well thought out app! Its intuitive and very practical in its ease of use!
