Too glitchy. When it works, it's helpful. but 90% of the time, it just spins, shows "loading" for too long, and then says it's not available. Considering this is a utility company profiting off the hard work and blood of every citizen, this is unacceptable. Getting information should be seamless. This app should have a five-star rating. Instead, they raise our prices, raise their salaries, and give us garbage. It's incredibly disrespectful.

garbage. had to get app because paying online has a bug and payment screen never loads for 3 months. app worked once now says it needs an update but no update is available and auto update it on. they want you to pay by phone so they can charge you the $4 fee for phone pay and card pay. PGW is a scam like everything else in this city.

omg why is this even an app?? it never logs you in or out. I can only appreciate that I don't have to stand outside one of the centers to pay and that my payments are posted to MY account and not someone else's - so far.
