Ratings and reviews

The rewards section is a scam, I availed Swiggy voucher codes earlier and couldn't avail it; thought it's a one off glitch and didn't pay much attention. Now I got a PVR one and that too has no means of redemption, you can't avail the codes it gives but they take your accumulated points gladly. Update: Stopped using the app, came back to see if anything is different but now I'm not even getting the OTP to log back in. I'm forever done with this app.

Shell Gasoline Stations doesn't accept GO+ cards anymore, and they want to use only the app that requires data to open, if you don't have a data you can't earn points because you can't open the app.. and my old account doesn't transfer to this new app yet.. so the earned points is loss..

Supposed to make refueling easy, but app load time can be long, slowing down the whole refueling process. Needing to scroll down at homepage to reach the "Pay for Fuel" button means the homepage is full of unnecessary clutter (ads are too big and "in your face"). Refueling limit of RM200 each time makes users who use more expensive fuels or have cars with bigger fuel tanks needing to repeat the whole payment process on their phone, which is NOT convenient at all. Please fix all these issues
