For your sanity do not sign up with them. I tried to sign up but never received my SIM card. Customer service is done via zenmo chat and it timed out on me about 10 times and I really wish I was exaggerating. The system somehow lost my order, port in details, email, and the agents refused to provide me a confirmation of the failed order except via chat. I hope my number doesn't suddenly port out of the blue and I lose my number.

The worse customer service and poor connection. My data was short-change for MY and local, and it happen two months The entire 500GB MY was missing. Customer service takes forever to connect, sometimes they respond 8 hours later and each time a new person connects they repeatedly asking the same confirmation instead of reading the history. Wasted a lot of my time trying to get my missing data back. Eventually got resolved 2 weeks later.

Gomo app only works if yr line is working fine. But if something is wrong, and there is no internet connection, you cannot even use wifi or another line to open the app. How stupid is that? Help desk is also not helpful. Gomo has crazy slow internet speed. Need to wait like 10 seconds to even open up its app! Its roaming also did not work 95% of the time when I was overseas. Rubbish.
