Worst experience ever with an international sim activation. It almost an hour to get it working. Their app was missing the needed add new sim until several reinstalls. There's an option to take a pic to enter the sim code but all that did was close the app. The passport scanner literally took 15 minutes as it's awful to focus and you cannot upload a picture. In the end it says my mobile number was activated, but when I try to log in to see the info it says it's not an active number. Don't buy!!!

Getting roaming to work was quite challenging. Instructions given were incomplete and fragmented. Also, if *100# is no longer in use for activation, please remove the SMS. And, trying to pick a hicard option was equally confusing. Communication on the web was misleading and inconsistent with the SIM card sold. For example, it says $15 with an extra 100GB for 90 days on the web, when the 100GB is valid for only 28 days. But after figuring it all out, roaming works quite well.

Initially I thought hicard was of little use until I start to roam. Getting roaming to work was a bit tricky. 4 points to set: turn on data roaming, set APN, access Internet thru mobile network, activate thru hicard. Wish instructions in the SMS and hicard were more complete and provided in a one lot rather than piecemeal all over the place, so I don't have to spend 2 hours figuring out all the gotchas. And navigation paths are provided.
