Ratings and reviews

Clean interface. Doesn't crash, which it did in the past. Seems to be responsive with 1000MX4 series. Sony has been doing a solid job working out the bugs. Test a different app if you believe you're having sound issues. Found it's usually the music app. Don't have the other issues reported. Takes a bit of tweaking to get all modes set up to your liking. I've been at it for a few years and still change a thing or two here and there. Could be a bit more intuitive. If Sony needs product feedback :P

Works okay, able to dial in the sound to your preference. Things can be confusing or delayed in response requiring your to adjust them after they SHOULD be adjusted. Improvement in immediate feedback could be improved and explanation for what exact adjustments the user is making could be improved. Overall however, the app does give you access to customizing your experience with the headphones and in my own opinion it does a decent job of allowing one to do so. Could it be better? Yes.

Can't set Google Assistant voice, now it's defaulting to British English. Super confusing. Tried uninstalling, resetting my Google app, etc, and it keeps coming back with broken language settings. App also doesn't support landscape mode on tablets. They also keep changing the base headset tuning with firmware updates, which makes it impossible to reliably choose how your headset sounds without it being changed on you after you have it where you want it
