Ratings and reviews

The app does not have options to customize what buttons do on either the M5 earbuds or headphones. It only has pre-made modes, and it is very annoying. Please just let users choose what the buttons do. Every other headphone app does it. Also, it would be great if we could also adjust the noise canceling because for some noises it just won't work well. Like adding ofsets or something like that.

The WF-1000XM3s are great hardware, the app is just very rudimentary. Manually switching Google Assistant lets me choose which pod to use, but honestly the app should be automatically switching that for me. Also I was able to create a Sony account but the login service has been broken for the past 3 days that I've had these. I'll give one new star for each of these features fixed, they're my only complaints.
