Used to work pretty well. Then a few days ago it suddenly quit updating my gold card balance. Just came up with an error message saying something about may not work right but they're trying to fix it or something like that. It's been stuck on the same balance for 4 days at least now even though I've spent and added at least twice. I have to go to the website to do anything. And even that won't show the card barcode half the time so if I order at the stores I can't scan to earn stars.

The re-order from previous items is not functional. I order the same cold brew every morning, so I usually go to the 'previous' tab and it will always have the red message under my last ordered item that says sold out/not sold at my selected location. The issue began with the last update. I have to go into the menu and click on an item then go back to the previous tab in order for it to update and clear the error. Other than that tab, the app works as intended.

App functions ok. But they rarely have offers anymore. They falsely advertise that they do have offers, but they are really just ads/promotions of products (which don't even align to my historical purchases) with no incentive to purchase or try. And it's pretty impossible to earn meaningful amounts of stars anymore. So...no real purpose to the app except as a way to receive forced Starbucks ads. Big time turnoff. I'll probably end up deleting it if they don't make changes soon.
