The app is unstable. It looks like they haven't address issue tho numerous complaint. The app automatically log me out and it wasn't my first time to hav trouble logging in after that. Also, if u dont address this problem, u shld at least stop ur employees purchase customers membership cards using our changes and without our consent.

Not friendly user UI design apps, hard to find where we previously order to give barista check where our order has been delivery to, long waiting over 15 minutes not like the apps promise 0-15 minutes. Not showing ongoing promo just regular price items. Free item will end exact time eg 2pm, but not full day till night, after 2.01 won't able to use it. Overall services, food and beverage is high quality and food services but apps UI and query time need improve.

This apps logs me out automatically. When I tried logging in, it tells me I had the wrong password, when it is definitely the correct one, since I can log in at the website. Then, this app locks me for one hour. Another problem I had is with the reload card option. When I entered the amount and click reload, it goes back to the main page. I have to reload at the store, which defeats the purpose of having an app. Seriously for a company like Starbucks you need to improve your app.
