I've used Starbucks apps in many countries and this one is uniquely awful. It is frustrating from beginning to end. Not a single ounce of effort has been put into the customer experience. Instead of wait 2 minutes to order at the counter... it took more than 20 minutes of navigating into and out of menus back to other pages just to get anything to work. Also after all that my order doesn't even get me any reward points. I don't have the room to even write everything that sucks about this app.

****Bad UI, bad UX, bad wording.**** Cannot find how many rewards I have. Until ask batista and find out that it is a phase below reward counting. Since I have 120, this number is as same as total number in reward counting. It make me thought that the phase is just a condition to get 1 reward. Old app version is a lot better, clearly see the reward i have on hand.
