This useless laggy app is stuck on the login screen. Text fields, buttons, back links are not working. It's as if it's a static image with no controls. Clear data, updating, did nothing. I can't activate overseas data plan but I guess it will not matter once I port over to another Telco. Thanks for being great in the past, but that's all there is to it...

Worst telco in an app. constantly faced data issues where my internet connection will restart several times when using my phone. this has affect my gaming experience and also having to wait several minutes for the data to reconnect. Poor customer service as well where support didnt even try to solve my problem. would not recommand this telco to anyone.

Update 24 apr 2024: There is a serious issue with the app right now. The number linked to my account is missing. It is as though the account is a fresh one, but i have been using giga for the past few years. I hope all the bonus data is not lost. Good app and easy to top up for additional services like roaming/extra data. No hidden fees most importantly, receipts are sent upfront to your mail every month. Also, you get data as gifts every now and then. Hope it stays this way.
