I tried to pay my monthly phone bill through this app using an RBC credit card. The app showed the payment as declined, however, it was still posted to my credit card. The bank is telling me I will likely have to dispute the charge, as it was approved by them and is still pending. Telus has no record of the payment ever coming through, erroring out, or being pending. I will never use this app again for bill payments, that is unfair and is completely ridiculous. Now I will be charged a late fee.

I always find it funny when a tech company can't figure out how to make an app that isn't pure garbage... until it's for my internet and phone service and that company makes it necessary to use. Then, I don't find it so funny... If you're forcing customers to use your trash app, at the very least, make it usable for more than 10% of it's intended purpose. Fix the app so I don't have to wait hours on the phone to speak to someone about a thing i could've fixed in 2 minutes on the app...

This app has been broken for months now and no updates to fix it and correct the issue. It doesn't show any usage for data or text anymore. I see that I'm not the only one having this issue (Oct 2023). *EDIT* - App issues finally fixed. I am able to view usage details again
