We booked courier service from Porter. Horrible experience! Although we had added the package size in the app, they were sending two wheelers for pick-up. This happened 2 times before they were able to send a 3 wheeler which could fit the package. Additionally, they cancelled the order without informing and now the package is lying in their hub without any resolution. Plus there is no number where you can talk and get issues resolved immediately, always a callback. Bit more than they can chew!

I have been using the Porter app for over a year now and have utilized the service on 3-4 times. 1) the accuracy of the location tracking feature needs enhancement. 2) I am disappointed by the referral system's functionality. Despite referring the app to a friend who completed their 3rd order, I have yet to receive the referral amount promised. Despite raising a complaint on 28th Feb, I have not received a resolution, and subsequent follow-ups have not yielded any results. It's been 2 months now

Please spare yourselves from their packers and moving services. It's terrible, paid a premium amount to receive someone else's furniture. They send no tracking link, no live updates, the movers have no coordination with the truck. You will have to call multiple numbers for each activity and the app provides no service at all. In fact I don't even know what thenpoint of the app is at this point since none of the movers seem to know where their destination is without you calling them
