Ratings and reviews

I have been using this for over 9 years and finally had to update devices due to the legacy app being discontinued. Like others I find the car has to be continually setup multiple times and anytime the device is unplugged for service. I never had any issues with the legacy app, the vehicles would be recognized if the device was unplugged. This is very inconvenient and I hope T-mobile is looking to get this fixed and improved.

After the upgrade, it's all bad. Started trips, but app says it's still parked. Unplugged for oil change, stayed parked at that place for over a week, Finally after multiple tries, it took me through the first time installation process again, twice. Now I keep getting start/end trip alerts even though I turned that off. Wifi works when it wants to. This is horrible. Why should I pay for this? I'm going to look for something better!

They should have left the legacy app on, this version with its new device is GARBAGE. I use the app for work, and this version can't even go one trip without cutting off midway and starting a new trip. It could take a 3-10 mile trip and break it into 4 trips. Multiply that by 3-6 visits and it's a nightmare to figure out. My old syncup ZTE device was working fine for 9 years, it told me my MPG for each trip, Diagnostic codes in the car, consistent wifi. this new device does NONE OF THAT.
