It doesn't work. The page just says "uh oh you ran into server issues" no matter what and with zero information on what that means or what to change. I've tried turning on and off, being connected and not connected to Wi-Fi, etc. Totally worthless app.

I have not had phone service or able to send or receive messages and even the help line for service does not work now For approximately 2 weeks. when I signed up for only 3 months ago I ask where the Sim card is there was not one with delivery of their new phone saying the Sim card stays with them it was a new updated service of theirs and I did not have to be concerned But lately in the top left there has been a notification stating no Sim card. since A didn't have to be concerned.

Junk app, it does not work at all. It always gives an error code 995 (no network connection) though I connected via LTE network and I was able to browse all possible websites. Waste of time for customer and customer service. This app is going to drive the customer away from T-Mobile (btw, I have been th customer with T-Mobile for 10+ years).
