This app frequently does not work. It doesn't show updated information, and there is no obvious way to refresh half the time. It often goes to a blank screen and shows nothing. And I can't manage some account functions, possibly because I'm on a business plan. All around an annoyingly fragile and unfinished app. Love the service, but hate the app.

It's too bad they didn't op to incorporate the My Sprint app when they merged. It was a well functioning app and was much faster than T-Mobile's. It is very slow to load new pages, often goes to a white screen or can't find something in a link you tap on. Pleased with the service so far having been a Sprint customer for 9 years.

T-Mobile is pretty awesome. I like the service and well unless you auto pay I think it's a bit much. Plus just so you know when it says add a line and get device free. That is absolutely not correct. The 24 month terms they sign you up for is only to charge you the devices total just broken down in 24 payments. Other than the the service is great. They also will attempt to make things right on the bill. They are still awesome though.
