App is broken. After the update I couldn't get connected. I saw in another review to download the Metro version. That one seems to work. Don't bother calling tech support because they'll tell you to do a bunch of nonsense like restart your phone, clear your cache and uninstall and reinstall. The simple answer is, the app doesn't work. Just install the other one.

AWFUL app. Can't get speech to text without paying more money, okay fine at least I can easily select all the voicemails I want to delete and get rid of them, right? WRONG. The freaking app gives a "refresh failed" error CONSTANTLY. Every once in a blue moon it'll do what it's suppose to and that's the only reason I haven't uninstalled this POS app.

What a garbage service. Used to work fine, all I wanted was the ability to hear messages without having to dial into anything. Since an update it hasn't worked. Uninstalled and reinstalled allows me to get into it, who knows if it works now, all the previous messages are now gone. But hey, if you'd like you can pay for a premium version of this.
