If I didn't need Moovit to get to work, I'd never use it again. It's becoming slower to load and unreliable, giving me info ranging from the unhelpful to the deranged. My main page listed the "best" arrival time being 22 minutes away. I manually check my usual route; it has a "live" arrival of 2 minutes the app failed to tell me about. And BOTH were wrong. This keeps happening while the app is carving out QoL features and hiding them behind a paywall. 2 stars only because it's barely functional.

Trash app, especially because of the ads. Now the trains aren't showing up for some reason. I bet if I paid for the ads to stop the app would work all of a sudden. Since I wrote this its gotten progressively worse. Now the arrival times are way off by more than 30 mins. How dare you ask for money when the free version is trash. Someone respond please.

This is the most user-friendly neat navigation apps out there, it's beautiful, but I ran into a major issue that makes me think it's lacking in some major fundamental things. On a major holiday, I wanted to take the bus, I just chose the next available option, it showed one on a drop down and on live time showed the next day's.... Strange no?! Can you FIXX that please, yesterday so it's less confusing when we take the bus tomorrow. It may be just the AI integration messing one thing up lol
