No longer receiving notifications, offline/paused, etc.. I cannot stress how important it is to be the first to know when a location disconnects. This tells us business owners a ton of information. At the very least, knowing when a server pauses the tablet is crucial. The notifications are no longer occurring. Clear cache, clear data, uninstall and reinstall as till doesn't trigger app notifications when pausing. Please fix... , If this is on our end, please link us a document with solutions.

I can't even be bothered to explain why because where would I even begin. One of the largest tech companies in the world, yet they can't make a functional app, or browser website. I access the manager from my laptop, desktop, and phone, both through the browser and app. Each on has different aspects of it broken, so I end up having to use all 4 to cover the features that the other versions lack and somehow make it all (barely) usable

Doesn't even let me log into the app anymore. Put in my information and immediately dumps me back into the "get started" page. Have been using uber eats for several years now. They are auto-integrated into my POS system which is the only reason I'm still able to use uner eats. I wouldn't be able to use uber eats if I was only using a tablet with this app. Still have to call them anytime there is an issue.
