Ratings and reviews

Great smooth, reliable and seamless app. However, the prices are absurdly high when compared to the prices at the restaurants/cafés themselves. The biggest issue is that something will go wrong with the order and they will have you starving waiting for your food only to cancel it, they give a return and maybe uber cash too thinking it solves it, but now you have to find food elsewhere. Pretty terrible.

Great for the most part. But the driver's app navigation leaves a bit to be desired. I write explicit delivery instructions as to where I will be, yet the app doesn't show it to the driver. I have gone so far as to edit the pin on the map, but the driver always sees the pin at the far side of the apartment complex. Please fix the navigation for the drivers.

This app is not recommendable to anyone. It feels like a corporate scam app. Not only the issue of missing items, or simply not receiving the order at all (but is marked by the driver as completed), but trying to get assistance with your dispute is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. They hide "Help" with multiple selection screens just to file your complaint. And if you successfully complete it, it's a guarantee that they will try to keep ur money. So you have no food or money. 0⭐'s
