現在都沒有優惠，訂單有問題都沒辦法聯絡客服，送達一直延後，都找不到人可以處理，沒保障. 看了以下的評分，大家的問題都一樣，所以決定刪了，沒改進。 沒外送員外送，讓客人一直等，取消還要客人買單？外送員都只要送附近的，不是附近的都轉單。有時預定時間一直延後，那就不用預定時間了啊？

1）Uber ones訂閱後無法取消或退款，app內只有暫停訂閱一個月或兩個月的選項，無法永久退訂。選擇暫停訂閱後，一個月（或兩個月，依你的選擇）後會自動恢復訂閱並自動扣款。 2）平台並無雙向溝通的機制，也無客服電話，我只試過fb粉專聯絡。平台此設計並沒有什麼錯誤，但對我來說，去尋找溝通機制已浪費我非常多時間。 給廣大消費者參考~慎選使用平台

目前，客人訂餐，在選擇店家時，絕對要三思，看看是哪間店的，因為，系統跟店家收取廣告費，系統會將無限遠的店，排列在最上面給你們點，等下訂單後，因為距離太遠，餐送到時，餐損幾會增加，再來就是餐點冷掉。下訂單前，請三思，可憐一下外送員。
