Bewertungen und Rezensionen

Sämtliche gute Dinge dieser Dienstleistung liegen bei den Restaurants. Uber eats hat weder eine Hotline, noch irgendwas anderes um Probleme, in der Bestellung zu lösen. Eben das, was man von einem Anbieter der nur das macht, erwarten würde. Weiterhin sind viele Angebote in der App schlicht Betrug. Die Eine-Pizza-Kostenlos-Idee scheitert daran, dass man bei zwei Pizzen im Warenkorb beide bezahlen muss (was standardmäßig so gemacht. Hat man dann nur eine im Warenkorb, dann kommt auch nur eine an.

Grundsätzlich gute App und praktisch in der Bedienung. Leider noch wenig Auswahl an Restaurants in unserer Gegend. Und zudem sind keine Bargeldzahlungen möglich, was vor allem bei Bestellungen mit Freunden unpraktisch ist. Da könnte man noch einiges anpassen. I'm Gegensatz zu Mitbewerbern ist die App noch hintendran, hat also noch Optimierungspotential.

Die App ist schlecht und unübersichtlich. Nur die Abbuchung funktionierte, dann rief das Restaurant an und sagte, es sei ein Fehler aufgetreten, ich solle bei Uber Eats reklamieren. Das stellte sich als recht kompliziert heraus. Den Kundenservice erreichte ich nur über ein verstecktes Chat-Formular, in das ich meine Fehlermeldung eintippen konnte. Nach einigem hin und her mit dem Chat-Bot wurde 24 Stunden später die Zahlung zurückgebucht. Ich werde auf einen 2. Versuch verzichten.
