It can be very hard to use. Sometimes when you want to come back to a conversation you just cannot find it. There is no search feature either, in that you cannot search for a co-worker nor even a conversation. Multiple conversations can overlap each other making it hard to remember where you got your information from. The 3 star is for that it is specific to your franchise

very poor app. usefull functionality is close to 0- can not reply directly, can not search the post for topics. comparing to one given to McDonald's employees in the past is a few steps back and not forward. someone at the top wanted to save the money instead giving the best product to employees.

the app says messages will be deleted after 6 months which is fair enough. So why are messages that I have sent in the morning and by the afternoon they have been deleted including the previous 4 days. first time it happened thought it was just a glitch, but it has happened twice now! Can this be fixed please
