Decent, but needs improved functionality. Like a search bar or option if you cannot find a feature you need. Or a section added to usage that gives you an update on how your next bill is looking so far. Increase ease of use, and accessibility features for those of us that need it. An example being dark mode for those with sensitivity to bright lights. A live chat function to directly chat message with a rep for those with disabilities that make phone calls difficult, like if a person is mute.

It's absolutely a great app. You have all the information you need or want whenever you want it. The only negative I think the app has is that you have to sign up for monthly payment withdrawal or your stuck paying the 2.50 processing fees.(Even if you use debit or credit card). I feel as if there bending us over enough they don't need that extra 2.50. Anyone else tired of there bill constantly increasing?

App no longer functions (Pixel 6 Pro). Upon trying to sign in, the app opens up the web browser and it attempts to load the login page - but it crashes within 10 seconds. Accessing WE Energies via the Chrome browser works perfectly, it's only an issue with the app. When the app used to work (early Jan 2023), it was a 5-star app. Worked perfectly for what I needed.
