Ratings and reviews

The service is reliable and fast but the exchange rate and the fees are almost higher than most others offering the same service. Amazingly the more you use the service instead of getting a better rate or fees the regular customer gets charged more instead of getting a break!

Some of the prompts were annoying and in my way. People will know where to change options. You don't need slow them down by showing prompts with extra clicks to get it out of the way.

Had been using for so many years and its very convenient for me ciz i dont have to go to a westrrn union store enduring a long line ups but last month I had encounter a lot of issues. I tried sending money thru on line as usual but my great surprised it will not go thru..send me an error message and ask me to go to any store location which i did but still cant send money. The customer rep. Said that i have over exceded my limit which i am very surprised coz i have used all the time.
