An app working properly, technical support is quick and helpful ,security is a good. I like idea to use currency of each country =it amazing. I cannot cancel transaction from my app,but by phone it helpful. Thank you for high quality and security.

Very the worst service I have ever seen. The money transfer from Canada to India is very laggy. I have used Paypenny and Remitly which transfer the money more swiftly than this. Customer service is very pathetic they have been repeating the same thing for the last 4 days. Never recommend this to anyone. Your support team is pathetic in resolving customer problems.

This is the most useless app available to transfer money overseas. They promised to send the money in 1 business day. I sent money on 19th January 2024 and it's still in progress. When I called the customer care, she suggested me to cancel the transaction and call the bank to get my money back. She said there is some verification happening. If it is so why they deducted the money from my bank? Tracking I don't recommend Western Union to anyone. Please go with Wise or remitly. Utter garbage!
