The pay cash at agent did not work for me. Agent said he was not familiar with mobile process and did not honour the mobile app transfer fee, charged me a higher rate. I gave it a 3 star rating as it worked when using debit/credit card.
Bug while entering card pin which is out focus from text box on every digit you entered which is very ugly to type it one by one digit by clicking on next button. Otherwise all features working fine for me.
I'm sure it's a great App, but they Blockbustered themselves by not accepting debit cards first. I use World Remit they have way more banks, probably all Western Union locations lol.
The app doesn't bring up the keyboard/keypad when you want to enter a no or some text. Useless if you can't enter information in it! Tell your app developers to at least test the app before they release it. Complete waste of our time. Don't even bother downloading the app, until a new update comes out.
Will not allow me to input my full debit Visa number and it keeps saying service unavailable try again later. Even tried to uninstall and reinstall still the same thing I hope the developer is fixing this issue
It only worked once .. it stopped when I tried to repeat a trans .. support is too slow to respond .. I switched to world remit and although not as smooth support was fast and was able to trans in an hour .. calling western union support was terrible from the heavy non english accent of the agents and poor audio of their phone center
