I'm disappointed in this app😒 it's almost 48hrs from the time I initiated the transfer on the app but still on hold yet they have all my information updated in their system. sent the money to the same number they have in system, which I have used now 3yrs every time I visit their exchange but still waiting for transfer to reach the final destination. unless you're sending to India but other countries avoid this app u will be frustrated like me it's better u visit alfadan exchange physically

the new update is very bad, and the new (platform), it confused not only me but some of my friends, we've been using it for long time with no issue, yesterday I sent the wrong amount of money because of the many unnecessary options provided, some options like (edit and resend is totally a big mess) it's not only my opinion but many people in here they're quitting and using another service the thing that I'm thinking of doing too.

worst, absurd Service Ever!! never use it again , it tempting the customer showing transfer in a min while it doesn't , transfered amount is put on hold even for half an hour or more regardless of mobile wallet or bank transfer. not sure what kind of bloody stupid process they are following from Qatar while all the senders are pre registered with valid Qatar ID and mobile number and using the registered log in prior to sending the money from Qatar bank account to the beneficiary.
