Ratings and reviews

This app does not work at all. Neither the video verification nor the selfie verification worked without problems, due to bugs within the fields. Afterwards I was asked to upload documents optional, but then it was obligatory. When I searched for my documents, the app reset the progress so that I should verify again. For like the 10th time. Not recommended. Took me over an hour for nothing.

Since the very first time I used the app, I only encountered issues. Every time a new problem appears that will not allow me to send money. Please fix the app's bugs and problems. The registration process was complicated since the app would not let me make the call, nor register my details. Then every time I needed to add money, it wouldn't let me more than a 100 RON. Now I can't send money because apparently I have to select options when sending, but there are no options to select. A nightmare.

It has been almost 2 months now, they wouldn't deposit my money or reverse the transaction sent from my friend. They refuse to communicate with the sender's bank or to let me know what's going on. Opening an account with this so called digital bank has been my worst mistake. P.S. My issue is resolved now. I hate to write negative reviews but I had no other choice
