Pretty user friendly. One small gripe: I just wish it would let you know when the direct-to-boot order window that you have selected closes. Doesn't say at time of selection, and if it closes while you're shopping, it won't notify you until you go to checkout. So after doing an entire week's shop, you can no longer pick up, and you've just wasted all that time. Sucks if that's your only window of free time.

Opening the app doesn't load anything. I can scan a barcode but the "wait" symbol of the Woolworths logo just keeps repeating. I tried to contact them via the feedback option in the app and received a reply that they couldn't find my account and need my account details. I replied that I don't have an account as I don't do delivery or pickup and just want to use the app to find prices or product location within the store. They replied again they can't help without my login details. Why not? 👎👎

I love a lot about this app except for the consistent glitching of my shopping list! My husband and I share an account, and I make a shopping list on my phone, and almost half the time, the list doesn't update correctly on his phone. At times, it adds everything to the list twice, too, which is frustrating to go over and manually fix, and then it confuses the shopper as to if we are getting 1 or more of a particular item. Please fix these glitches!
